Cherry Bramble
With Hills Cherry Schnapps
Ingredients
45mL Ambleside Small Acre Gin
15mL Hills Cherry Schnapps
30ml Lemon Juice
5mL Sugar Syrup
1 Cherry
Method
Add your measured Small Acre Gin, lemon and sugar syrup into your cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into your rocks glass. Fill glass with ice (bonus points for crushed ice). Pour Cherry Schnapps over and allow it to melt into the rest of your ingredients. Top with a pitted & halved cherry.
