Gin Masterclass
Kick things off with a Gin Tasting Flight overlooking our 3 Aussie made stills, while we take you on the journey of how Ambleside began. Our gin experts will then guide you through the process of blending your own gin to take home, using over 20 botanicals made in our distillery. Each attendee will be entitled to 10% off bottle purchases on the day.

Cocktail Masterclass
Guided by one of our bartenders, you will make 2 cocktails, created by us – for you. Learn different styles and methods of making your cocktails as well as tips and tricks home from our highly skilled and knowledgeable bartenders. Think you’ve got what it takes to work behind the bar?
Each booking will also receive a small shareboard of local cheeses and meats as well as 10% off any bottle purchases on the day.
Cocktail Masterclasses run on scheduled dates only, unless group bookings are arranged with the Tasting Bar.

We would love your group to visit our distillery and bookings are essential. Please note, during COVID restrictions children must be counted in the head count for bookings.
