45ml Small Acre Gin
25ml Basil, Bay leaf and Mint Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Add a 1:1 Ratio of white sugar and boiling water to a pot and simmer until sugar dissolves. Add basil, bay leaf & mint. Allow to cool and strain into an airtight bottle in the fridge.
