45ml Mandarin Gin
10ml Aperol
20ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Mandarin Juice
20ml Orange Juice
10ml Vanilla & Coffee Syrup
Rosemary
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupette or nic and nora and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Vanilla & Coffee Syrup
Add a 1:1 Ratio of white sugar and boiling water to a pot and simmer until sugar dissolves. Add Vanilla and 1 teaspoon of high quality ground coffee and stir through. Allow to cool and strain into an airtight bottle in the fridge.
