With Mandarin Gin

Ingredients

240ml Mandarin Gin
100ml Lemon Juice
150ml Honey Oleo 
500ml Strangelove Ginger Beer
2 Mandarins or 1 Orange 
1 Bunch of Thyme

Method

Honey Oleo
Mix hot water and honey (1:1 ratio) together and place into an air tight container.

To your jug, add ice, 1 mandarin (in segments), a handful of thyme and all other ingredients to your jug. Top with ginger beer and garnish with the remaining mandarin segments and thyme.

Serve and Enjoy!
