Blossom Gin

Distilled with Beerenberg Strawberries, Jurlique Rose and Rhubarb from our Distillery Garden.
Blossom Gin is bursting with bright, floral botanicals of the Adelaide Hills. Notes of strawberries & cream, meringue and sherbet are contrasted by a slight pepperiness from pink peppercorn and juniper, finished with soft vanilla and eucalyptus.
A post distillation steep of vanilla, pomegranate and Rosella adds sweetness and a smooth mouth feel, paired with juniper and pink peppercorn for a dry finish.
