Blossom Gin returns for 2025 with a fresh new look by renowned artist Micke Lindebergh. Known for his bold, vibrant style, Micke’s limited-edition design captures the energy of spring in the Adelaide Hills—an ever-changing, seasonal celebration that’s reflected in each annual release.

While the artwork evolves each year, the gin inside remains true to its signature flavour: a bright, floral expression of the Hills in full bloom. Expect notes of strawberries & cream, meringue, and sherbet, balanced by pink peppercorn spice and dry juniper. A gentle post-distillation steep of vanilla, pomegranate, and rosella adds sweetness, smoothness, and a soft, eucalyptus-kissed finish.

Crafted in small batches and only available for a short time, Blossom Gin is as fleeting—and collectable—as the season itself.
