A harmonious blend of our award-winning Kifaru and Kiboko gins, Wild Safari Gin combines notes of toffee apple from Native Tanami Apple with the zesty freshness of Lemon Verbena. The herbaceous mid-palate of Monarto Mintbush, Saltbush, and roasted Wattleseed is balanced by crisp Red Apple and a warm Cassia finish.
At Ambleside Distillers, we’re proud to offer Wild Safari Gin all year round, building on the success of our limited release collaborations with Zoos SA. To date we have raised over $80,000 for animal conservation both locally & globally – we’ll drink to that!
With each bottle sold, we donate 15% of the proceeds to support critical conservation efforts, from breeding the critically-endangered Orange-Bellied Parrot in Australia to anti-poaching measures in South Africa. With every sip, you’re helping safeguard endangered species, making Wild Safari Gin a truly impactful drink. Plus, its label, designed by Monarto Safari Park’s own resident vet, Dr. Jerome Kalvas, captures the spirit of the African wilderness.
