Strawberry & Rose Sour

With Blossom Gin
Ingredients
45ml Blossom Gin
30ml Beerenberg Strawberry Jam Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml egg white
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake first. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake until the shaker is cold to the touch. Strain into a coupette. Garnish with dried rose petals or dehydrated strawberry!

Beerenberg Strawberry Jam Syrup
Add 2 parts strawberry jam to 1 part water to a saucepan. Simmer on low heat until the jam has dissolved. Strain into an airtight bottle and refrigerate until needed.
