Built on our family acreage in the heart of Hahndorf, Ambleside was built ‘from the garden up’. Our Distillery is situated on the main street of Hahndorf, nestled into the back corner of our private property and overlooking the neighbouring paddocks. Surrounded by lush green lawns, gum trees and gardens full of native plants, our Distillery is the perfect fit for your dream weddings. From an intimate wedding of 45 to a celebration with 120 guests, Ambleside has you covered.
Our aim is to work with you on your dream wedding which can be customised to suit your vision, whether it be a formal seated wedding or laid back cocktail-style wedding, our unique and versatile space has you covered. Our venue will provide a full service bar, staff, tables & chairs. We have an on-site catering kitchen which can host any caterer of your choosing for your special day. Each wedding is unique and Ambleside can host your whole wedding from your Ceremony until your sparkler exit or just your reception. Our ceremony & reception package generally starts from 4.30pm, receptions from 5:30pm and last drinks at 11:30pm.

Group Bookings
We would love your group to visit our distillery and bookings are essential. Please note, during COVID restrictions children must be counted in the head count for bookings.
